Eigentlich hätte es der klassische Maria Schmoll Marathon werden sollen. Doch durch manch lästigen Jäger und Irreleitung durch Tafeln die die permanente MTB Strecke weisen wurde die Runde etwas variiert. Wir radeln tief im Kobernauserwald herum auf Teilen der MTB-Marathon Strecke, der permanenten MTB Strecke und eigenen Variationen. So viel herrlichen Wald rund herum bekommt man selten zu Gesicht und teilweise bin ich froh das GPS mitzuhaben, weil jegliche Orientierung verloren geht. Meist nicht allzu anspruchsvoll wechseln Auf und Ab einander ab und am Ende sind wir richtig schon mürbe von der Anstrengung.

Von der Bundesstraße zw. Ried und Braunau biegen wir Richtung Maria Schmolln ab. Am Freizeitpark direkt in der Ortschaft Maria Schmolln startet die Tour bergab in den Wald hinein.
