Über Asphalt nach Maria Schutz - gemütliches Aufwärmen, dann knackige Rampe nach Greis am Semmering, weiter durch den historischen Ort (Südbahnhotel, Panhans) Semmering und von dort im Zickzack auf sandiger Forststraße bis kurz vor dem Liechtensteinhaus, dann Richtung Sonnwendstein, gemütlich (7-9%) am Grat entlang und eine Rast auf der Pollereshütte. Downhill über Kummerbauernstadl (steile Wiese und ein felsiges kurzes Stück) flott nach Maria Schutz und die Landesstraße zurück zum Start,.
