Start und Ziel dieses Rundkurses ist Maasholm an der Schlei.
Die Tour führt uns direkt an der Ostsee entlang bis zum Leuchtturm Falshöft, weiter bis zur Spitze des Naturschutzgebietes Geltinger Birk, über Gelting, Rabenholz und Rabel zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, keine größeren Steigungen, direkt an der Ostsee sind die Wege teils recht schmal.
