Wir starten von Fulpmes und bleiben für kurze Zeit auf der Bundesstraße in Richtung Mieders. Beim Parkplatz des Adventureparks biegen wir rechts auf die Nebenstraße ein und fahren dort bis nach Mieders. Über das Hinterhocheck begeben wir uns auf die Winterrodelbahn (Forstweg) und fahren dort bis zum Gasthof Koppeneck. Flach weiter geht´s zur Ochsenalm und danach noch einen kurzen Anstieg in Richtung Gleinserhof. Anschließend fahren wir über den Forstweg bis nach Mieders und dann weiter bis zum Gasthof Kirchbrücke. Von dort aus Richtung Gallhof über die Telfer Wiesen bis zur Kreither Alm. Den Weg kurz retour und dann oberhalb des Stockerhofs nach rechts in Richtung Telfes/Fulpmes abbiegen.
