Von Eichenau über die Emmeringer Leite zu einem kleinen Trail. Dann kurz über die Bundesstraße zum Parkplatz des Trimm-Dich-Pfades. Weiter oberhalb der Klosters Fürstenfeldbruck bis zum Schöngeisinger Berg. Diesen über einen kurzen, aber knackigen Anstieg zum Funkturm, von dort der Beschilderung bis Jexhof folgen. Der Jexhof lädt zu einer kurzen Pause ein, dann zurück durch den Forst, über Rottenried, Steinlach und Alling nach Eichenau.
Schöne Waldwege und Pfade, wer´s gemütlich ausklingen lassen will, schwenkt auf Asphalt über den Germannsberg nach Biburg zum Steffelwirt.
