Begonnen wird die Wanderung beim "Schraml-Bauernhof" in Napfberg.
Sie führt größtenteils durch Waldgebiet auf gut ausgebauten Wegen. Bis auf wenige Anstiege ist der Weg bequem zu wandern.
Zum Einkehren bietet sich der Berggasthof Zrenner, ein gemütlicher, preislich gehobener Berggasthof (geöffnet donnerstags bis sonntags und an Feiertagen) an.
Ab dem Berggasthof konnte ich den Verlauf nur noch am PC vervollständigen, da die Batterien meines GPS-Gerätes aufgaben. Somit konnten keine Höhenangaben aufgezeichnet werden.
