Das ist die Strecke die derzeit beim Einzelzeitfahren "Rund um Schmidt" absolviert werden muß. Die Strecke führt herunter nach Schwammenauel. Von dort geht ein lange Strecke bergauf in den Kermeter.
Über ein leichtes Auf und Ab geht es bis zum Wendepunkt Wolfgarten. Nun wird ein kleine Schleife bis Mariawald gefahren und es geht dort wieder hoch zum Forsthaus Kermeter, wo man wieder auf der gleichen Strecke landet, die man auf der Hinfahrt schon einmal passiert hat.
Zurück geht's wieder über Schwammenauel, hoch nach Schmidt und anschließend zum Ziel Schützenhof.
