Von Bischofshofen auf dem Tauernradweg bis zum Kraftwerk Plankenau. Hier fahren wir auf die Grossarler Straße. Vorbei am Alpendorf fahren wir zur "Alten Wacht" hoch. Jetzt geht es wieder einige Meter runter und dann leicht ansteigend nach Grossarl. Das Tal wird zunehmend breiter. Grossarl wird umfahren und wir radeln in das Nationalparkdörfchen Hüttschlag. Durch das jetzt enge Tal windet sich die Straße bis zum Talmuseum. Zurück nach Bischofshofen wird derselbe Weg befahren.
