Mein Tourvorschlag beginnt auf der Donauinsel (ich bin sie allerdings von Essling weggefahren), beim Kraftwerk Freudenau kann man die Donau in Richtung Schwechat überqueren, dann gehts durch Kaiser Ebersdorf - Schwechat zum Liesingbach. Die flache Strecke bis Rodaun ist gut zum aufwärmen. Von hier an gehts entlang einiger MTB-Wienerwaldrouten über Wiener Hütte - Kaltenleutgeben - Breitenfurt - Laab im Walde - Hainbachtal - Purkersdorf - Gablitz - Mauerbach - Scheiblingstein - Steinriegl - Rotgraben - Weidling - Klosterneuburg und von dort über den Donauradweg zur Donauinsel zurück.
