Startpunkt ist der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz im Ostertal. 2 Km nach Gunzesried links abbiegen, dann nochmal gute 2 Km zum Parkplatz. Zunächst geht es flach taleinwärts bis zur Grafenalphütte, dann zweigt der Weg nach rechts ab über die Höllritzer Alpe zum Bleicher Horn. Dann hinüber zum Höllritzer Eck auf gleicher Höhe und Abfahrt in östlicher Richtung bis auf etwa 1460 mtr. Dabei wird ein kleiner Tobel gequert. Anschließend nochmal anfellen und knappe 200 Hm ziemlich steiler Aufstieg zum Dreifahnenkopf mit schöner Aussicht. Nun sehr schöne und leichte Abfahrt bis man wieder zur Grafenalphütte kommt. Von da gleicher Weg zurück. Mit gut gewachstem Ski und je nach Schneelage ist man rasch wieder am Parkplatz.
