Die Tour führt von Ringenberg kommend über die Brüner Höhen in Richtung "Märchenwald Dingden" von dort über die Dingdener Heide im Bereich der Klausenhofteiche wieder zurück nach Ringenberg. Sie ist für Anfänger gut zu schaffen aber auch für Fortgeschrittene abwechslungsreich genug. Das Tempo bestimmt eh jeder selbst.
