Die Tour startet in San Bernadino. Immer links haltend durch den schattigen Wald. Einige Passagen führen über kurze Steilstufen, wir haben hier bergauf teilweise geschoben. Ab und zu leitet der Pfad über Steinplatten und erdige Trails (sehr schön zu fahren). Nach dem Mt. Cucco lockt die Gute Aussicht und auch die Kleine Kirche st Lorenzo am Gipfel des Hügels vor Costa Villa.
Leicht ansteigend immer einem Forstweg folgend erreichen wir ca 1 km vor Cascina einen feinen Weg ins Tal.
Wir kommen durch Feglino und nehmen Rechts die Straße nach Ca´de´Ramundi die wir später links nach Cia verlassen. Jetzt folgt ein schöner Trail, immer leicht auf und ab.
Bald erreichen wir Final Borgo von der Burg herabkommend.
