Die Tour führt von Teublitz beginnend auf einem Forstweg durch einen Wald, anschließend dem Naabtalradweg folgend bis unter die Burg Stockenfels. Unter der Burg links den Weg hinauf bis zur steilen Abfahrt nach Überfuhr. Dort über die Naab übersetzen und danach links wieder in den Wald hinauf bis zum Hohenstein. Die lange Abfahrt hinunter nach Hirschling, dort an den Weihern vorbei den kurzen, aber sehr steilen Weg zurück über Meßnerskreith nach Teublitz.
Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Tour mit tollem Gelände vorallem am Hohenstein.
