Von Novi Vinodolski (Tipp: Hotel Maestral für Übernachtung) der Küste entlang nach Senj und dann ins Landesinnere. Erster Anstrieg mit ca. 14 km und ca. 650 hm und dann entlang des Hochplateuas mit immer wieder Anstiegen bis zum UNESCO Weltnaturerbe Plitvicer Seen.
