Start in Rußbach über Ameisensee zur Großedtalm.
Danach geht es nach kurzem Anstieg zum Downhill über die Schipiste. Ein Abstecher zum vorderen Gosausee zahlt sich aus. Gasthof mit Dachsteinblick (bei schönem Wetter genial)
Dann weiter nach Gosau u. über den Paß Gschütt zurück nach Rußbach
