Vom Campingplatz "Douce Quietude" nach Agay, an der Küste entlang bis Miramar, Abzweig in die Berge ( Fahrt wie bei Tour "Esterel der Länge nach"). Am Col de la Cadiere links zum Col Notre Dame, hoch zum Gipfel und zurück, dann auf Teerstraße ab bis zum Col des Lentisques, gleich rechts auf Karrenweg bergab zum Lac de l' Ecureuil und wieder heimwärts (oder wie wir zum Baden in die Bucht von Agay)
