Der Nationalpark-Radweg verläuft überwiegend auf gesonderten Radwegen bzw. auf Forstwegen mit geringen bis mittleren, teils auch größeren Steigungen. Die Wege sind sehr gut zu befahren und auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die wechselnden Steigungs- und Gefällestrecken (und weil die Wege überwiegend nicht asphaltiert sind) erfordern jedoch Kondition und Ausdauer.
