Start in Osternohe, danach über Eckental und Neunkirchen am Brand nach Forchheim.

Durch Forchheim geht es weiter nach Eggolsheim und dann biegt man ein par Kilometer weiter ab nach Burg Rabenstein.....

Nach harten Anstieg ( 16 % ) geht es auf dem Hochplateau weiter Richtung Ebermannstadt.

Nach der ARAL geht es rechts Richtung Gößweinstein...der nächste Anstieg ( 18 % ).

In Gößweinstein Richtung Pottenstein halten und dann Rechts Richtung Leupoldstein.

Über Betzenstein geht es dann wieder nach Simmelsdorf und Osternohe zurück.

viel verkehr auf der Strecke

sind diese Tour am Sa gefahren. Die Verkehrsdichte war relativ hoch, dafür kann man einen hohen Schnitt fahren. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte auf kleinere Straßen ausweichen. Die sind dann aber auch gleich viel bergiger.
