Startpunkt ist die Große Kripp. Hier führt eine Forststraße bis zum Weg, welcher leider nur durch Steinmännchen markiert ist und daher ein wenig schwierig zu finden. Wir haben diesen leider erst etwas zu spät entdeckt. Aber dafür wurde der Weg retour richtig aufgezeichnet.
Alternativ kann man den Gipfel auch über den Bauernboden erreichen. Für die Mountainbike Freunde wär hier eine Tour von Opponitz oder Kleinhollenstein über den Bauernboden und danach über den Wanderweg (Single Trail) runter bis zur Großen Kripp möglich.
