Von Mainz aus über WI Schierstein, Frauenstein am Chauseehaus vorbei hoch zur Hohen Wurzel, auf dem Weg noch schön 2 kleine Trails mitgenommen und dann von der Wurzel über einen langen schönen Trail wieder runter zum Chausseehaus. Von dort wieder leicht hoch nach Georgenborn und von dort einen Trail runter nach Frauenstein und wieder durch die Weinberge zurück nach Mainz!
