Rundtour: Bad Zwischenahn - Westerstede. Vorbei am kleinen Flughafen von Bad Zwischenahn auf guten Waldwegen nach Langebrügge. Von dort durch Wald und Wiese nach Maniese und weiter nach Westerstede. Hier lohnt am Marktplatz eine Pause um die Kirche zu besichtigen. Auch ist das Eiscafe in der Lange Straße ein Besuch wert. Die Unterführung der Autobahn lieg etwas versteckt am Ender einer Sackgasse.
