Schöne Radtour von Kiel aus um den Westensee.
Keine besonderen Anforderungen an Mensch und Material. Tourenrad oder Mountainbike ist gut. Rennrad geht nicht. Der schönste Teil der Strecke führt durch eine Niederung, die im Frühjahr nach langem Regen nass sein kann. Im Ort Westensee auf halber Strecke locken Cafes und Restaurants.

Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen ist der Startpunkt einfach zu finden: Direkt beim Fernsehturm in Kiel. In den umliegenden Strassen finden sich immer Parkplätze. Von da aus gehts los auf die Hamburger Chausee stadtauswärts.
