Die Tour beginnt direkt an der Bergstation der Kreuzeck-Bahn und führt über herrliche, einsame Wanderwege bis zur Bergstation der Alpspitzbahn.
Nach 10 Minuten verlassen wir den überfüllten Wanderweg und wandern an der Bernadaienhütte und den Bernadaienwänden vorbei bis zur Alpspitzbahn-Bergstation. Hier wartet noch die Aussichtsplattform "Alpspixx" auf unseren Besuch.
Der schmale, aber gut gehbare Wanderweg führt hier durch einen der schönsten Teile des Wettersteins.
