Entspannte Mountainbike-Tour, familiengeeignet, vom Cap de l'Homy über Contis Plage, den dortigen Leuchtturm nach St. Julien-en-Born, Lit-et-Mixe und zurück ans Meer.
Der Weg führt bis St. Julien-en-Born über eine Radpiste (piste cyclable), streckenweise asphaltiert, oft ausgesetzt, nahezu überall mit dem Tourenrad befahrbar. Ab St.-Julien geht es auf Nebenstrassen zurück.
