Von Friedberg geht es über den Johannisberg nach Ober Mörlen und weiter über Ostheim in Richtung Hoch-Weisel. Dort beginnt dann der Abschnitt der das Herz des Mountainbikers aufgehen lässt. Auf tollen Pfaden führt die Route ins Hausberggebiet, ohne aber den Gipfel zu erstürmen. Durch einen phantastischen Wald führt die Tour ins Isseltal und von dort über einen strammen Anstieg ins Forbachtal. Ein super Pfad leitet einen dann nach Wiesenthal und weiter nach Langenhain-Ziegenberg. Vorher ist jedoch noch eine 22%tige Steigung zu bewältigen. Durchs Usatal weiter Richtung Ober Mörlen und dann auf nochmals wadenglühenden Wegen zurück nach Friedberg.
