6-Städte-Tour
Von Düsseldorf-Angermund aus über Ratingen, Esel runter, Kettwig, Ruhrauenweg, Mülheim, kurzes Stück durch Oberhausen, Duisburg-Innenhafen. Dann durch die Innenstadt über Großenbaum nach Hause.
In Duisburg eine kleine Runde doppelt gefahren. Ansonsten geht die Tour ausschließlich über befestigte Straßen und Wege. Ab Duisburg Stadtmitte kann auch der Weg über die Sechs-Seen-Platte genommen werden.
