Klasse Skitour, die dank der großteils im Wald verlaufenden Strecke auch als releativ sicher gilt.
Los geht's im Lesachtaler Ort Nostra. Zunächst über eine Wiese hoch, dann im lichten Wald angekommen meist dem alten Weg hinterher. Der Wald ist recht Licht und man gewinnt schnell an Höhe. Ab c.a. 1700m steig man recht steil einen baumfreien Graben auf. Dieser schattige Nordhang ist in der Regel garant für tolle Schneebedingungen. Darüber kommt man in freies Gelände, das wieder etwas flacher wird, bevor es zum Gipfelaufbau nochmals ordentlich ansteilt. Hier ist der Schnee schnell mal eingeblasen und hart. Wir hatten Glück, von oben bis fast unten an's Auto kniehoher, staubtrockener Pulver :-)
