Route biginnt am nördlichen Rand von Dülmen, Richtung Karthaus, dann in die Baumberge bis zum Longinusturm. Von dort gehts durch dem Wald zur Leopoldshöhe. Dann durch Limbergen an Buldern vorbei wieder in Richtung Dülmen.
Bis auf 2 Stellen, die aber leicht zu umfahren sind, kann die Runde auch mit dem Trekingrad gefahren werden.
