Bei der Tour handelt es sich um den Rungwegs des Geologischen Erlebnispfades (http://www.lfu.bayern.de/geologie/geo_lehrpfade/oberfranken_gl/index.htmrund um Streitberg). Und es ist wirklich ein Erlebnis! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Tour ist aufgrund der Länge auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Nicht zuletzt ist ein Besuch der Binghöhle wirklich zu empfehlen! Den Abschluss kann ein Besuch des Biergartens darstellen.
Wir haben die Runde links entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn und den rechten Teil im Uhrzeigersinn bewältigt.

Die Anfahrt kann über Forchheim und Ebermannstadt direkt nach Streitberg erfolgen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist gleichzeitig der Ausgangs- und Endpunkt.
