Wohl eine meiner ersten Paddeltouren um 1980 herum. Ebbe und Flut machen sich hier noch bemerkbar, sodass man mit der Flut flussaufwärts paddeln kann. Die Oste ist eingedeicht und somit landschaftlich nicht besonders.
