Eine landschaftlich sehr schöne Tour auf größtenteils wenig befahrenen Landstraßen durch welliges Gelände - perfekt für die Saisonvorereitung im Frühjahrstrainingslager.
Wir sind in Fox Amphoux in unserer Unterkunft Pierre de Lune gestartet. Zunächst geht es zumeist leicht bergab nach Cotignac und dann weiter bis Le Val. Dort biegen wir in Richtung Osten ab und fahren am Lac de Carces und dem Fluß L'Argens entlang. In Vidauan biegen wir nach Norden ab und fahren über Flayosc nach Ampus. In Ampus biegen wir in Richtung TourTour ab. Über Aups geht es wieder nach Fox Amphoux.
