Start in Halver/Falkenstraße und über Nieder Hövel nach Anschlag, Mühlenschmidthausen, über die Dörfer zur Lingese, nach Marienheide, über die Radstrecke Ri. Wipperfürth, zur Neye, auf der "Armseite" weiter bis Forste und Heinken-Hedfeld nach Anschlag, über den Radweg bis zum Kulturbahnhof und kleineren Abstechern durch Halver zurück in die Falkenstraße.
Geht trotz der Fahrt über die neue Radstrecke mit knapp 65 km-Gesamtstrecke schon in die Beine; wir sind ja nicht mehr die "jüngsten".
