Start am Heimatmuseum, über Von-Vincke- und Frankfurter Straße Ri.Freibad bis Siepen, weiter nach Schmidtsiepen und Grünewald, über Wanderweg weiter bis zum ESB-Kolleg und wieder "zurück" Ri. Grünewald, vorher runter ins Tal bis Husen und die B 229 überquerend zur Heesfelder Mühle, weiter bis zur L 868 bis Hotel "Haus Fromann" und nach Obercarthausen,Solberg und Clev und hoch bis zum Langenscheid, über Haus Heide mit dem Heider Teich die Hagener Straße hoch nach Hause in die Falkenstraße.
