Die Strecke ist ein Rundkurs von St. Blasien über Äule nach Schluchsee, an Häusern vorbei wieder zurück nach St. Blasien.
Von St. Blasien fährt man über den Glashof am Ortseingang Menzenschwand vorbei auf das Äulemer Kreuz. Diese Sequenz ist recht anspruchsvoll und geht erst mal alles bergauf!
Von Äule aus hat man eine herrliche Abfahrt bis nach Schluchsee! Man umrundet den See zur Hälfte! Dann fährt man einen Radweg über Häusern zurück nach St. Blasien.
