Von Bad Neustadt aus geht es entlang der Salzwiesen nach Salz. Von hier geht es am Bahn Damm entlang nach Niederlauer zum Dicken Turm oberhalb des Sportplatzes. Jetzt folgen wir wir der Saale durch den Wald (Keltenweg) nach Oberebebersbach und laufen weiter über Nickersfelden nach Roth und Steinach.
