Eine super Tour, die zum größten Teil auf befestigten Waldwegen entlangführt.
Das Höhenprofil ist zu beachten. Für die Tour sollte man ca. 3 Stunden Zeit einplanen, da der zu überwindende Höhenunterschied erheblich ist.
Es lohnt sich übrigens, einmal am Schneckenstein auf die ausgewiesene Aussicht zu gehen/fahren :-). Von dort kann man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das schöne Vogtland genießen.
Unterwegs werden viele kleine Ortschaften durchquert, in denen in Gaststätten für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt wird.

In Schöneck kann man am Bahnhof kostenlos parken. Auch am Meiler stehen begrenzt kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
