Start: Leverkusen-Opladen
Die Route führt über den Lucastrail, Burscheid, Altenberg, dann folgt die Umrundung der Dhünntalsperre. Ab der Vorsperre geht es dann auf der Straße bis Altenberg zurück - diese Strecke kann man aber auch wieder durch den Wald an der Talsperre entlang fahren, wenn man noch genug Kondition hat (ich hatte die nicht mehr). In Altenberg geht es dann einen steilen Pfad hoch nach Erberich (Wanderweg A2) und dann über Leverkusen-Ropenstall zurück nach Opladen.
