Sehr schöne, verkehrsarme Tour (Ausnahme: Sonntag, dem Tag der Motorradfahrer) beginnend in Weisendorf über Veitsbronn, Obermichelbach, Fürth, Kalchreuth, weiter durch urlaubsähnliche Gegenden ohne jeglichen Verkehr zurück entlang der Kletterfelsen rund um Egloffstein, vorbei am Biergarten in Antlitz (unbedingt den Apfelkuchen probieren!) und weiter nach Erlangen-Bubenreuth, Dechsendorf, Hammerbach zurück nach Weisendorf.
Mittlere Kondition sollte vorhanden sein, da sich beginnend zum Anstieg nach Kalchreuth die Wellen und somit die Höhenmeter bis zum Ende summieren (1591hm). Zwei härtete (bis zu 16%), wenn auch nicht besonders lange Anstiege sind zu bewältigen, die einen doch gehörig (v.a. der zweite) den Saft aus den Knochen ziehen.
