Für emsländische Verhältnisse noch relativ viele Höhenmeter, ich habe halt jeden Anstieg mit reingepackt den es im hiesigen Frerener Wald gibt. Fast ausschließlich auf Wald-und Schotterwegen in ruhiger Landschaft. Die schönste Strecke die ich hier kenne.
