Folgt weitgehend der vom ADFC empfohlenen Route, die fünf Bahntrassen verbindet. Überwiegend Asphalt mit kurzen kiesigen Abschnitten. Abwechslungsreich, einschließlich einer "Stadtrundfahrt" durch Wuppertal mit Schwebebahn und schönen alten Villen.
