Ausgangspunkt ist die Rettenbachalm. Zuerst durch den Wald immer eine Forststrasse querend, dann durch den Moorwald zur Wuzerhöhe. Dann beginnt der Weg über einen steilen Grashang hinauf zum Gipfel. Teilweise steile Bergwanderung auf einen sehr schönen Gipfel. Einkehrmöglichkeit ist auf der Rettenbachalm.
