Die Tour startet ca. 3 km von der Ortschaft Wildschönau entfernt.
Ein leichter Anstieg durch einen Graben startet die Tour. Die ersten 300 Höhenmeter geht es gemütlich hinauf. Danach folgt ein steiler Anstieg bis wir den Rücken des Lämpersberges erreichen. Auf dem schmallen Rücken geht es weiter hinauf richting Spitze. Nach einigen hundert Meter auf dem schmallen Rücken öffnet sich eine breitere Alm.
Wegen schlechter Sicht endet dieses GPS-Track ca. 200 Meter vor dem Gipfelkreuz. Abfahrt wie Aufstieg über schöne breite Hänge.
