Start und Ziel am Dorfbrunnen in Moissac Bellevue. Über Régusse, Montmeyan, Quinson auf sehr, sehr einsamen Sträßchen in ständigem Auf und Ab nach Allemange en Provence (schönes Schloß dort!), auf die Hochebenen von Valensole, wo im Juli der Lavendel blüht. Nach der Abfahrt ins tief unten gelegene Tal der Asse, einem Nebenfluss der Durance, geht es 20 km den Fluss entlang bis Bras d'Asse, dort wechselt man wieder über die Brücke die Talseite nach La Bégude. Von dort gehts 5 km bergauf zur Hochebene, wo wieder viele Lavendelfelder sind. Es geht Richtung Puimoisson auf einer schönen Abfahrt nach Riez, einer für provenzalischen Verhältnisse größeren Stadt mit Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Ab dort Richtung St. Croix de Verdon zum Stausee, nach Baudinard und zurück nach Moissac.
