Start in Röthenbach/Pegnitz an der Stadthalle->Schöberg-> Ottensoos durch das Pegnitztal nach Hersbruck -> Eschenbach -> Vorra -> Enzendorf, nach Enzendorf vom Pegnitztalradweg nach links abzweigen zur Grießmühle (am Haus links halten)-> Treuf -> Hohenstein -> Steinensittenbach -> Frohnhof -> Schloßberg -> Hedersdorf -> Schnaittach -> Neunkiechen am Sand -> Lauf a. d. Pegn. zurüch nach Röthenbach. Touer überwiegend auf Schotter und Asphalt, daher auch bei nassem Wetter gut zu fahren.
