Straße hoch bis Ifonche. Dann Einstieg in den GR-131 an die Küste, schöner Höhentrail + Aussicht, bis nach Vento. Dann kurzes Stück Forstpiste an einem Reiterhof vorbei, Achtung Hunde! Entlang an der Wasserleitung bis zum Klärwerk und Straße hinunter nach Playa de las Americas. Kurzes Schiebestück hinter Los Christianos auf die Steilküste, steiniger Trail, oben fast komplett fahrbar. Steile und geröllige Schiebepassage wieder hinunter nach Palm-Mar. Lockerer Trails an der flachen Küste bis zum Leuchtturm und entlang an den Bananenplantagen. Zurück zum Startpunkt auf Straße.

Very nice tour
Unfortunatelly, using bike on trail is forbidden - like on nearly all trails at Tenerife in 2011. Please respect pedestrians and and leave no traces on the trail. Some of the trails on Tenerife are already damaged !!
