vom Camping Manacore International fahren wir auf der Küstenstrasse Richtung Vieste. Beim Abzweig zum Foreste Umbra fahren wir rechts auf der Strasse, die zum Foreste hinauf führt. Nach ca. 20 km auf Asphalt den Berg hoch, fahren wir links an einem Picknickplatz in den Wald und auf einem schönen Singeltrail weiter hinauf in den Foreste. Oben angekommen fahren wir auf Waldwege im Foreste rum (Schleife). An der Militärstation heben wir die Bikes über die Leitplanke und fahren am Zaun links entlang. Auf einem ruppigen Schotterweg gehts wieder runter an Meer.
