Tourbeginn ist in Wipperfürth, über die alte Bahntrasse geht es gut 3,5km in Richtung Marienheide, von hier über Böswipper und Ibach bergauf nach Kleinfastenrath und weiter Richtung Engstfeld. Von dort über Anschlag ins Ennepetal bis zum Vorstaubecken der Ennepetalsperre. Ab hier ca. KM 22 ist es mit der Ruhe vorbei, auf abwechslungsreichen Waldwegen und Trails folgen wir dem Rundwanderweg H (Halver) in südlicher Richtung und gelangen nach 35km zur Neyetalsperre. Von hier aus ist es nur noch ein Katzensprung bis zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
Bis zur Ennepetalsperre sind alle Wege gut befestigt und auch z.t. asphaltiert, aber dann ist endgültig Schluß damit.
