Die Tour startet am Illertisser Bahnhof. Wir steuern traditionsreiche Brauereien an wie zum Beispiel den Brauereigasthof Reitinger in Oberroth, den Brauereigasthof Kolb in Meßhofen, die Brauerei Biberach, die Roggenburger Brauerei Schmid und Schlossbräu Illertissen. Auch kulturell hat die Runde einiges zu bieten. Unter anderem das Vöhlinschloss Illertissen mit dem Heimat- und dem Bienenmuseum (zuletzt allerdings vorübergehend geschlossen) sowie das Kloster Roggenburg. Im Weißenhorner Heimatmuseum gibt es immer wieder Ausstellungen mit wechselnden Themen.
