Die Tour beginnt am Ortsausgang Goldkronach und führt über Nemmersdorf den Oschenberg (ehemaliger Übungsplatz der BW, jetzt Naturschutzgebiet) Laineck zur Lohengrintherme. Wer nach 4 Stunden Sauna noch die Energie hat heim zu laufen, kann natürlich auf dem selben Weg wieder zurück laufen. Busverbindungen sind unter der Woche gut, am Wochenende eher bescheiden.
