Los gehts in Bottrop über den Olga Park Richtung Rhein Herne Kanal.Von da kommt man über den "Grünen Pfad" am Landschaftspark Duisburg Nord vorbei zum Rhein. Über den Rhein auf der anderen Rheinseite Richtung Orsoy. In Orsoy mit der Fähre wieder übersetzen zum Kraftwerk Duisburg Walsum. In Duisburg kommt man dann auf die alte "HOAG Bahntrasse" auf der wir bis Sterkrade bleiben.Von da aus wieder zurück nach Bottrop.
